Allocate manpower on machines according to their skill and requirement. Ensure machine maintenance if any abnormality inform to maintenance department.Ensure SOP is followed.To ensure shift plan vs actual achieve if any failure then discuss action plan. Verify dyes & chemicals consumption report check the deviation in system and physically. To cross check Greige Fabric quality, Rope size & Quantity before start dyeing. To take ownership for the time delivery. Ensure implement and maintain 5S in the Office and Floor. To make continuous efforts towards cost reduction through process, Re- engineering, automation & best utilization of technologies. To achieve the Targets in terms of Production, Quality and Cost.

Job Responsibilities:-1. Overall responsible for Quality control of Fabric at all the stages like griege inspection, Middle inspection, Quality Lab & Final inspection.2. To make sure all the submission (PP, TOP, and SHADE LOTS) to buyer are thoroughly checked and confirmed to the required standard.3. Evaluating the Proto & PP Sample and their manufacturing process, make sure it should be production friendly and follow the quality standard as per buyer requirement.4. Communication with the third party QAs for the inspection of fabric.5. Testing and assuring the quality of product as per export norms.6. To ensure that all the raw material testing being done as per procedure and documented (fabrics, dyes, chemicals, embellishments etc.).7. To make sure all the inline process parameters are tested through lab and confirmed.8. To ensure all the production output from different departments are meeting the required quality standards.9. To coordinate with Merchants and make sure all the technical limitations are closed well in time.10. To do PPM in house, pre alert the precautions to be taken during different process.11. To review the defects report of Greige and Middle inspection, reason, analysis and action plan to avoid in future.12.
