To collect the salary disbursement proof, PF, ESI, PT, and other challans within statutory timeframe.7. To share the audit reguirement checklist to Contractors of every month8. To conduct a compliance audit of each contractor under all applicable labour laws every month.9. To prepare an elaborate audit report with number of compliance and non-compliance with liability pertaining to Esi Epf, minimum wages etc. each of contractor and submit the report by subsequent month.10. Communicate identified noncompliance (Ncs) to each contractor and HR lead11. Share the consolidated nc report with ESD,/projects, HR leads(unit specific) & HR heads (BU specific) by 16th of every month.12. Monitor water levels, quality, and usage.Ensure temperature, retention times, alarms are all set within the RS view system. Monitor / record yield loss, colour, texture and any breakage.SAAP / Dextrose System: ensure that equipment is set to the standard required for the specific product process.
