Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Oversee the overall functioning of the designated unit/centre, ensuring alignment with the hospitals strategic objectives and quality standards. Team Management: Mentor, supervise, and coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to optimize performance, productivity, and professional growth. Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations, resource allocation, and workflow, ensuring efficient service delivery and compliance with regulatory standards. Quality & Compliance: Implement and monitor quality assurance protocols, ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulatory requirements. Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams and other hospital departments to enhance patient care, improve service delivery, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Innovation & Growth: Identify opportunities for service enhancement, process optimization, and strategic development within the unit/centre. Skills & Competencies: Demonstrated leadership and management skills in a healthcare setting. Strong understanding of clinical operations, patient care standards, and regulatory requirements.
