CEO Pharmaceutical Industry (Acute & Chronic Therapies) Location: Mumbai or Pune Compensation: Open for the right candidate Experience: 25+ years in the Indian pharmaceutical industry - Top 10 Age Limit: Up to 50 years About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with a proven leadership track record in both acute and chronic therapies . The ideal candidate will have extensive experience at the President or Senior Leadership level in the pharmaceutical industry, driving business expansion, market leadership, and innovation. Key Responsibilities: Spearhead strategic growth and P&L management across acute and chronic therapy portfolios. Lead business expansion and diversification initiatives, including new market penetration . Drive sales & marketing excellence , leveraging digital transformation and people development strategies . Oversee multi-functional teams , ensuring alignment with corporate vision and business objectives. Strengthen operational efficiency , enhance profitability , and maximize market share . Lead high-impact initiatives in cardiology, diabetology, neurology, psychiatry, oncology , and other specialty segments. Cultivate high-performance teams , ensuring talent development and leadership succession. Key Requirements: Strong leadership experience at the President or equivalent level in a leading pharmaceutical company. Deep understanding of acute and chronic therapies with a track record of scaling businesses . Experience in managing large sales teams and driving digital transformation . Exposure to international markets (Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, or other regions) is an advantage. Strong strategic mindset with hands-on experience in execution and operational excellence . Education from a top-tier business school (MBA preferred) with additional executive programs from global institutions.
