Role & responsibilities :Production Planning and Scheduling:Develop and implement production schedules to meet customerdemands and business goals.Coordinate with other departments (e.g., procurement, engineering,quality control) to ensure the timely availability of materials and resourcesfor production.Monitor production progress to ensure adherence to schedules and adjustplans as necessary. Team Leadership and Management:Lead and supervise production teams, ensuring high levels of motivation,productivity, and performance.Provide training and development opportunities to team members toimprove skills and knowledge.Evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and address anyperformance issues as required. Reporting and Documentation:Prepare regular production reports, including progress, KPIs, efficiency,and any issues faced.Maintain accurate documentation related to production processes,safety, quality, and personnel.Provide regular updates to senior management on production status,challenges, and improvements.
