This role requires a high level of accuracy, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting tasks for multiple clients across various industries Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with GAAP Handle general ledger entries, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals and businesses Support audit and assurance engagements Maintain accurate and up-to-date client financial records Communicate directly with clients to resolve inquiries and provide financial insights Assist in the implementation and maintenance of accounting systems and processes Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience in a CPA firm CPA & CMA candidate preferred but not required Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, and Excel Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Strong communication and client service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience Paid time off and holidays Show more Show less
