Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory audits, and corporate governance. Manage financial risks, cash flow, and cost control measures. Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team to drive operational excellence. Evaluate investment opportunities and manage company assets effectively. Maintain relationships with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
