Role & responsibilities :- Setup, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair SMT equipment.- Calibrate and optimize equipment for performance and quality.- Diagnose and resolve equipment issues quickly.- Support production processes and provide technical assistance.- Install and commission new equipment.- Maintain accurate technical documentation.- Drive equipment and process improvements.- Train operators and technicians.- Collaborate with vendors for servicing and partsPreferred candidate profile - Bachelors degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as an SMT Equipment Engineer or similar role in an electronics manufacturing environment. In-depth knowledge of SMT production equipment (e.g., pick-and-place, solder paste printers, reflow ovens, SPI, AOI, etc.).Perks and benefits
