Job Description

Role & Responsibilities :- The agency Area manager's primary responsibility is to manage agency channel responsibility for a defined region or territory, this can be geographical, or comprised of a number of locations or offices for the Future Generali India Insurance Co. Ltd. He/she is responsible for managing a State /or region along with team of Sales Manager & team leaders. He/she will be responsible for implementing RnR & campaign plan to improve recruitment and sales for the region/sate. Maximize sales and profitability in the region. Planning and target setting for the Area sales team. Formulating sales strategies for different products and achieving targets. Develop campaigns and recognition plans to improve recruitment and increased agency engagement. Should be keeping track of data on agent recruitment, coding and activation at all the locations. Maintain connect with all top agents across the Area and support them as required to increase business. Responsible for providing periodical training to the recruited agents about FGII products and process Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives Perks and Benefits :- Candidates are eligible for travel allowance and incentives.
