Job Summary: We are looking for a Channel Development Manager to expand and strengthen our dealer and distributor network for our medical devices. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in building and managing distribution channels , strong business acumen, and expertise in driving sales through partners. Key Responsibilities: Dealer & Distributor Network Development: Identify, onboard, and develop new distributors and dealers in key markets. Strengthen existing relationships to enhance sales and market coverage. Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive sales targets through an effective distributor network. Develop pricing strategies, promotions, and incentive programs for partners. Market Expansion & Business Development: Research market trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities. Expand product penetration into new territories and healthcare segments. Training & Support: Provide product training, sales support, and marketing assistance to dealers and distributors. Ensure partners are equipped with the right tools and knowledge to maximize sales. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Set and monitor sales goals for channel partners. Analyze performance data, provide insights, and take corrective actions as needed. Key Requirements: Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in channel development, dealer management, or B2B sales in the medical devices industry . Proven track record in expanding and managing distributor networks. Skills & Competencies: Strong negotiation and relationship management skills. Ability to strategize and implement sales growth plans. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Knowledge of the medical device market, regulatory landscape, and sales processes. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field . Additional Requirements: Willingness to travel extensively for partner meetings and market expansion.
