Role & responsibilities : Develop strategic plan to improve distributor performance Devise territory level action plan for increasing billed counters Identify priority growth areas for the company through micro-market analyses Drive other strategic interventions in the channel (e.g. DMS implementation) Monitor channel performance for each territory through scorecards for distributors, sales team (e.g. volume growth across products, lead generation, visit adherence) Track growth in billing points as per targets to enhance channel footprint Assess primary vs. secondary sales difference, channel stock levels Identify root causes for performance deviation, create action plans with sales teams, partners Orchestrate periodic channel reviews with leadership to drive on-ground improvement Key Deliverables/ Performance Indicators: % volume growth achievement vs. target % of sales in high margin products % increase in billed counters % active counters (consistency of billing) % increase in high-performing distributors Distributor stock level vs. plan DMS implementation
