JOB ROLE - Channel Marketing Manager REPORTING TO - Regional Manager - Channel Marketing TYPE OF ROLE - Individual Contributor Role LOCATION - Kolkata BU/ DIVISION - Consumer Lighting JOB PURPOSE Implementation of planned BTL activation to drive tertiary for specific geography, execution of branding activities for brand awareness & tracking overall sales impact on executed activity KEY RESPONSIBILITIES On ground execution of POSM: Identifying right set of outlets for POSM execution. Tracking of POSM by depot and region Audit of POSM Execution. Sales impact analysis from outlets, where it is implemented Retailer Meet: Execution of retailer meet in assigned territory Invitation to top retailers Set-up of event & proper execution flow to be designed To analyze impact of retailer meet & key learning of retailer meet Electricians meet & Execution of APP: Identifying top outlets for electrician meet. Execution of electrician meet in assigned territory Promotion of electrician APP during electrician meet & product knowledge to electricians. DSO & LAS Training/DMS implementation for new set of DTRS Branch wise DSO and LAS training Coordination of DSM implementation. Festivity activation: To carry out festivity activation planned by Regional marketing manager. To Analyze Impact of festivity activation in set of outlets Market storming activation: To execute market storming activity planned by RMM. For example, NPD (CHALO BAZAAR DAY), Focus pack (HALLABOL) DSO/Channel partner Target communication Timely upload of DSO/LAS target on the SFA APP Continues personalized communication via whatsAPP, about total target and achievement to DSOs/LAS/Channel partners Best Practices To prepare testimonials of best practices of DSO/Channel partner & create monthly newsletter, which can be shared to larger group. Supervisory Feedback from SFA application and other information Price Benchmarking & competition analysis: Collection of key competition activities including- Product portfolio, pricing, NPDs, Schemes Beat plans and Other important information properly reflecting in SFA (DSO/LAS/Supervisory application) On monthly basis checking of key information like product master, pricing master, scheme master, beat master is properly updated in various SFA app Ensure ID creation for new LAS and DSO EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS Graduation (any) or MBA/ PGDM (any) WORK EXPERIENCE 5-7 years of experience Relevant experience in B2C sales - preferably from lighting & electrical industry and geographical exposure of the region.
