Job Description

Strategic Responsibilities:  Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales across the channel network, focusing on tiles, marble, and mosaico products.  Identify and capitalize on opportunities for product retail, display share, promotions, and market share expansion.  Study competitor network policies, payouts, margins, ROI, and build competitive positioning and network segmentation aligned with business goals.  Plan and execute channel-focused promotions, dealer incentives, and product launches to strengthen NITCO’s presence. Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis:  Conduct competitor analysis to track activities, pricing, and network strategies.  Analyze channel-specific sales data and market share performance to identify opportunities.  Recommend pricing, promotional, and product positioning strategies to ensure competitiveness. Brand Management & Visibility:  Implement marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and visibility.  Collaborate with the marketing team to create innovative promotional materials and in- store displays.  Monitor and adjust strategies based on market trends to maintain a competitive edge. Relationship Management:  Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, acting as a liaison to resolve issues and drive engagement.  Organize regular meetings, events, and workshops to foster a sense of community and align partners with business objectives. Cross-Functional Collaboration:  Work closely with regional and zonal managers to execute campaigns and resolve operational challenges.  Partner with digital marketing teams to promote products across e-commerce platforms and digital channels. Collateral Management & Budgeting:  Manage the distribution of marketing materials and samples across all channels.  Optimize budgets for marketing activities to achieve high ROI while maintaining effectiveness. Qualifications; Experience Required:  Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.  Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in channel marketing or related roles. Skills:  Strong strategic planning and analytical skills.  Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM systems.
