Job Description

As a Regional Manager Spare Parts Channel Sales at GoMechanic , you will be responsible for driving sales, managing distribution networks, and ensuring business growth in your assigned region. You will work closely with channel partners, dealers, and distributors to achieve sales targets and enhance market presence. Roles and Responsibilities Manage channel sales activities for spare parts, lubricants, filters, and automotive products in the South region. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues related to spare parts, lubricants, filters, and automotive products. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Develop and execute strategies to increase distribution network coverage and improve product availability through distributors. Key Requirements Experience: 5+ years in spare parts sales, channel sales, or automotive aftermarket. Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Skills: Strong negotiation, leadership, and relationship management skills. Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the automotive spare parts ecosystem and distribution networks. Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
