Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities: • Develop and execute strategies to identify and establish new channels for product distribution, including retailers, distributors, and online platforms. • Utilize various lead generation tools and techniques to gather contact information and qualify leads. • Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, features, and benefits, and provide training and support to other team members to enhance their product knowledge and sales effectiveness. • Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that protect the interests of both parties. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop channel-specific marketing campaigns, promotions, and incentives to drive demand and increase brand visibility. • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses for senior management, providing insights and recommendations to optimize channel performance and maximize revenue.
