Job Title: Channel Sales Manager Location: Chembur, Mumbai Experience: 1–4 years Number of Positions: 5 Summary of the Role The Channel Sales Manager at Roswalt Realty will play a critical role in developing and managing a robust network of channel partners to drive lead generation and sales performance. This position focuses on residential and commercial real estate markets across Central & Western Suburbs and Navi Mumbai. Success in this role involves consistently onboarding high-performing partners, maintaining long-term relationships, and collaborating with internal sales teams to achieve ambitious business targets. This role is essential to Roswalt Realty’s growth strategy and supports its mission to deliver innovative and customer-focused real estate solutions. Responsibilities Identify, onboard, and engage qualified channel partners across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. Conduct regular partner meetings, training sessions, and product briefings to ensure consistent alignment. Collaborate with partners to support lead generation efforts and assist in closing sales through joint strategies. Serve as the communication bridge between partners and internal teams to ensure goal alignment and smooth coordination. Monitor and analyze partner performance, including lead conversion metrics, and share insights with the sales leadership team. Stay updated on current market trends, competitor projects, and emerging opportunities. Maintain accurate records of partner engagements, sales performance, and potential opportunities using CRM tools. Represent Roswalt Realty at industry forums, exhibitions, and networking events to identify new channel partners and enhance brand visibility. Ensure all channel sales activities comply with the company’s operational standards and processes. Qualifications 1–4 years of experience in real estate channel sales or partner management. In-depth knowledge of residential and commercial real estate in Central & Western Suburbs and Navi Mumbai. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a focus on results and performance. Proficiency in CRM systems and lead tracking tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; real estate-related certifications are an advantage.
