Role & responsibilities Manager-Finance & Accounts 1. Statutory Compliances Timely Filing of Monthly GST Returns (GSTR1 & GSTR3B) for 16 registrations. Filing of GST Audit reports (GST 9 & 9C)- Yearly. Timely payment TDS on monthly basis and Quarterly filing of TDS returns. Timely Payment of ESI, PF & PT on monthly basis. Filing Income Tax Returns and Tax Audit reports for HNG, ATHS, ATNF. Ensuring filing of MCA Compliance (AOC-4& MGT-7) Preparation & Submission of Reply to Statutory authorities against GST Notices/Service Tax Notice received. Any other statutory compliances time to time. 2. Finalization of Books of Accounts. Ensuring compliance with Accounting Standards and Statutory compliances. Preparation of financials statements on Quarterly basis (AHEL) and need basis (HNG, ATHS, and HNG) Preparation of Supporting schedules, documentation, Reconciliation of ledgers and others as per statutory auditors / Internal auditors’ requirements. Coordinating with statutory auditors / Internal auditors, Replying to Queries raised by Auditors and Timely completion of statutory Audits. Closure of Books of accounts as per timelines. 3. MIS Reports Monthly/Quarterly closing books of accounts. Preparation of Monthly Financial MIS report (AHEL) and sending to corporate Preparation of Monthly Receivable reports, Quarterly Board Pack and sending to corporate Team/ Business Owners. Preparation of various other reports based on requirement from corporate/ Management. Preparation of AOP. 4. Revenue recognition Ensuring raising of monthly sales invoices to clients as per agreement/Service Order/MIS. Ensuring recognition/accounting of revenue in books of accounts. Ensuring accounting of receipts (Cash, Card, UPI) in books of accounts on daily basis Ensuring reconciliation of receipts (Cash, Card, UPI) with sales reports on monthly basis. Ensuring intimation of deviations in receipts to business team. 5. Accounts Payables Management Validation of Vendor Invoices, Travel claims etc. Verification of entries accounted in Oracle & Tally Ensuring Timely clearing of vendor payments / Employee claims as per TAT. Coordinating with SCM Team, & Other Stakeholder of organization for smooth process of payments. Ensuring Reconciliation of vendor balance & Interbranch balances on regular basis Ensuring Reconciliation of GSTR2B on regular basis. 6. Receivable Management Ensuring daily update of collection received to business team. Ensuring accounting of receipts against invoices raised. Calculation of monthly Bad Debts provision as per company policy and and accounting in books of accounts. Ensuring Reconciliation of customer balances on regular basis. Preparation of receivable report on regular basis and sending to business team for follow-up with clients 7. Daily/Monthly Fund Management Daily updated on Fund balance Updated of collections details to business team On need basis we transfer the funds between Chennai and Hyderabad in case of ATHS & ATNF. Ensuring bank reconciliation on periodic basis. 8. Salary Processing (HNG, ATHS, ATNF) Ensuring Monthly salary processing on as per timelines. Validation of Employees Investment declarations Calculation of Employees TDS deductions and deduct on monthly basis. 9. Other Day to day operations Ensuring capitalization of All fixed assets on monthly basis Tracking of provisions on monthly basis. Overseeing day to day accounting operations.
