Role & responsibilities (1) Preparation and submission of Project Proposals to avail borrowing facilities including renewal/review (2) Preparation of Cash Budget, Cash flows/fund flows, CMA, FFR etc (3) Review/Execution of Loan documentation to obtain finance facilities from various banks (4) Preparation/Review of Financial Models/Projections/Information Memorandum to avail borrowing facilities (5) Correspondence with banks/financial institutions pursuant to finance facilities availed from them. (6) To provide information for Stock Audit, BG Audit, ASM, Transaction Auditors, External Credit Rating etc (7) Statutory reporting to RBI & Banks, certifications from auditors/CAs dealing with banks legal department for their queries Preferred candidate profile Banking Sectror Perks and benefits As per Policy
