This role supports our APAC EMEA-based teams; working hours are 3:00 pm to 12:00 am IST, Monday-Friday. Information Security Responsibilities Awareness on information security measures such as acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, password security Understand and report security risks and how they impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets Understand how data is stored, processed, or transmitted from a Data privacy and protection standpoint Role and Responsibilities Support monthly closing processes in the Record-to-Report (R2R) function as per IGAAP. Reconcile balance sheet accounts, identifying discrepancies and resolving them in a timely manner. Support the preparation of tax and other statutory documents including STPI, FEMA etc. Computation of Advance tax as per the provisions of Income-tax Act, 1961 on quarterly basis. Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns. Preparation of financial statements including Notes to Accounts based on Schedule III requirements on yearly basis. Support the team in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and controls. Coordinating with Statutory auditors in finalizing the numbers and getting financials signed. Assist in Internal audits and ensuring the organization adheres to financial and operational guidelines. Hands-on experience in NetSuite will be an added advantage. The Candidate should have good communications skills.
