Role & responsibilities He/ She would be supporting the OCR (Order completion Report) team & Process Audit team based on the department needs. Should be able to conduct audits independently and monitor the team's work. Should be good at communication (Verbal / Written) and able to draft the report in a concise manner. Discuss with Auditee to bring the issues to a meaningful conclusion and finalise the report after discussion with seniors. Ability to work independently, with limited required direction and guidance. Experience in performing multiple projects and working with different team members. Should possess good interpersonal skills. Ability to foster a friendly work environment for team members. Strong organizational skills, which relates to prioritizing workloads and showing a great level of resilience and calmness even when under pressure. Preferred candidate profile Perks and benefits
