Job Description

Handling Accounts & Finance - TDS, GST, Income Tax , Balance sheet finalization , Book Keeping , team handling role Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies and provide recommendations for improvement. Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making. Compliance and Audit: Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations. Coordinate and manage external audits, including the preparation of audit schedules and responding to auditor inquiries. Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets. Taxation: Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations. Provide tax planning and advisory services to minimize tax liabilities. Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and advise management on potential impacts. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development of annual budgets and long-term financial plans. Monitor and report on budget performance, identifying areas of concern and opportunities for cost savings. Provide financial insights to support business units in achieving their financial goals. Financial Operations: Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions. Manage cash flow and working capital to ensure the company meets its financial obligations.
