Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Chartered Accountant located in Pune. The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for preparing financial statements, managing tax filings, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role includes budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and advising on financial decisions to enhance business performance. The accountant will also collaborate with the finance team to improve financial processes and reporting. Qualifications Expertise in financial statement preparation, budgeting, and forecasting Strong knowledge of tax laws, compliance, and tax filing procedures Proficiency in conducting internal and external audits Analytical skills for financial analysis and strategic advice Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Experience with accounting software and financial management systems Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Chartered Accountant certification required Strong communication skills Experience in the real estate industry is a plus Prefer Location - Pune , PCMC Show more Show less
