Quality audit and risk assessment at two wheeler chassis supplier. Check and improve receiving gauges , welding jigs and fixtures Help supplier quality and Plant quality teams for PPAP audits of structural part/fabricated parts supplier Routine checks of two wheeler chassis fabrication line suggest quality improvement plans Coordinate with vendor development and plant team KPIs Quality improvements at supplier No defect chassis on KG vehicle assembly line. Knowledge (Technical / Functional) 1. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes used in two wheeler chassis fabrication. 2. Expert Knowledge of fabrication jigs, fixtures and receiving gauges 3. Two wheeler layout 4. Aggregates used in a Typical EV two wheeler. Qualifications - BE Mechanical Experience - Minimum 4 years
