Job Description

Position : Customer Support Representative (Email & Chat) Location : Remote (Work from Home) Working Hours : Day Shift (6 Days a Week) Compensation : 20,000 - 25,000 CTC per month Job Description : We are hiring a skilled Customer Support Representative to manage customer queries through email and chat. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills and experience in customer service, with the ability to work efficiently from home. Responsibilities : Respond promptly to customer queries via email and chat. Provide solutions to issues related to products, services, and account management. Keep records of customer interactions and ensure all data is accurate. Deliver excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements : Fluent in Written English : Clear and professional communication is essential. Strong Problem-Solving skills and Attention to Detail . Work from Home Setup : Reliable internet connection, functional laptop/PC, and a quiet working environment. Available to work during Day Shift and weekends (6 days a week). Experience : At least 6 months of customer support experience via email and chat is required. Freshers are not eligible. Benefits : Salary : 20,000 to 25,000 CTC per month.
