Job Title: Chat & Email Support Executive (Blended Process) Process Type: Blended (50% Email & Chat, 50% Voice Support) Job Description: We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Chat & Email Support Executives. This role involves handling customer queries through chat, email, and voice calls, providing effective resolutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer queries via email, chat, and voice calls in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information and solutions to customer issues. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and effective communication. Document all customer interactions accurately in the system. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues when needed.
