Job Title : Customer Support Representative (Email & Chat) Location : Work from Home (Remote) Shift : Day Shift (6 Days a Week) Salary : 20,000 - 25,000 CTC per month Job Overview : We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Representative to handle customer queries via email and chat. The role requires excellent English communication skills and the ability to work from home. Key Responsibilities : Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat. Resolve customer issues related to products, orders, or accounts. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Requirements : Good English Communication (written). Problem-Solving and Attention to Detail . Work from Home Setup : High-speed internet, functional computer/laptop, and a quiet workspace. Ability to work in Day Shift and weekends (6 days a week). Experience required : Prior customer service experience (email/chat) is mandatory. Freshers will not be considered.
