Responsibilities: Develop Chatbots: Design, develop, and implement chatbot solutions using platforms such as Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, Rasa, or similar tools. API Integration: Integrate chatbots with various APIs and backend services to retrieve and display relevant data. Testing and Debugging: Test chatbot functionality, identify issues, and fix bugs to ensure a seamless user experience. Documentation: Create and maintain clear documentation for chatbot functionalities, workflows, and codebases. User Interaction: Design conversational flows and ensure the chatbot can effectively manage a variety of user queries. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with design, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure the chatbot aligns with business goals and user needs. Qualifications: Experience with chatbot development platforms such as Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, or Rasa. Strong skills in API integration. Proficiency in testing and debugging chatbot functionalities. Ability to create conversational flows for effective user interaction.
