We’re Hiring: Chef de Partie – Fine Dining Latin American / Peruvian Kitchen Are you an experienced chef passionate about Latin American and Peruvian cuisine? Join our fine dining kitchen as a Chef de Partie and lead your station in delivering exquisite dishes that showcase the rich flavors and culinary traditions of Peru and Latin America. In this role, you will take full responsibility for your kitchen section, managing food preparation, maintaining the highest quality and presentation standards, and mentoring junior staff. You’ll collaborate closely with the kitchen leadership team to ensure smooth operations and contribute to menu innovation.
