Position: Head Chef / Chef Location: Chill Bistro by Zenia, Kailash Vaibhav, Vikhroli Company: Zenia Hospitality About Us: Chill Bistro is a cozy, creative space under Zenia Hospitality, known for our themed stays and unique guest experiences. We’re launching a bistro that blends continental, café-style, and modern Indian cuisine, serving both in-house guests and local diners. Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate, skilled, and reliable Chef to lead the kitchen at Chill Bistro. The ideal candidate should be creative, organized, and able to deliver delicious, high-quality dishes while maintaining hygiene and cost-efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute a menu combining continental, café-style, and modern Indian dishes Prepare and present food with consistency, taste, and visual appeal Supervise kitchen operations and maintain hygiene and safety standards Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and supplier coordination Train and guide kitchen staff as the team grows Maintain food cost within budget while minimizing wastage Occasionally interact with guests during events or special setups Requirements: Prior experience as a Chef in a café, bistro, or hospitality setup Strong knowledge of food safety, kitchen operations, and modern plating Creativity and a passion for experimenting with new dishes Ability to work independently and take ownership of the kitchen Flexibility with working hours (including weekends) Nice to Have: Experience with breakfast and all-day dining menus Familiarity with costing and menu engineering Good communication skills and team leadership What We Offer: Creative freedom in menu planning A unique and supportive working environment Opportunity to grow with the brand Meals and accommodation if required
