Job Summary:The Chef for Home Cooking will be responsible for preparing customized meals for the client(s) in their home, adhering to their dietary needs and preferences, and ensuring a high standard of culinary excellence and cleanliness. Chef with star hotel experience is preferedKey Responsibilities: Menu Planning: Collaborate with the client to develop weekly or monthly meal plans, considering dietary restrictions, preferences, and seasonal ingredients. Meal Preparation: Prepare meals according to the planned menu, adhering to recipes and cooking techniques, while ensuring timely preparation and presentation. Dietary Needs: Accommodate specific dietary needs, allergies, and preferences, such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or other requirements. Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring proper sanitation and hygiene practices. Equipment Handling: Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, stoves, refrigerators, and other appliances. Food Safety: Adhere to all food safety guidelines and regulations. Communication: Maintain open communication with the CEO regarding meal plans, dietary needs, and any other relevant information. Flexibility: Be adaptable to changing schedules and dietary needs, and be able to handle unexpected situations. Kitchen Organization: Organize the kitchen efficiently, ensuring that all necessary equipment and supplies are readily available. Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in South Indian cooking and food preparation, with a strong understanding of culinary techniques and multicuisine experience is an added advantage . Meal Preparation is for 1 person (2 Meals a day) Should be aware of Diet foods, Nutritions and Calories management Preferred male candidate (Age 28 50) If candidate from outside Chennai, will give a accommodation. Ability to plan menus, shop for groceries, and prepare meals according to specific dietary needs and preferences. VIP Working Experience should be advantage Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices. Ability to handle kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Cleanliness and attention to detail.
