Data Analysis and Interpretation : Analyze experimental data, interpret results, and draw conclusions to guide research directions. Contribute insights to project teams based on analytical findings. Documentation and Reporting : Maintain detailed laboratory records, documenting experimental procedures, results, and observations. Prepare comprehensive technical reports and contribute to patent applications. Collaboration with Teams : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, and regulatory affairs. Communicate effectively and contribute to project planning and strategy. Equipment Operation and Maintenance : Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality. Coordinate with the maintenance team for equipment repairs and upgrades. Literature Review and Continuous Learning : Conduct literature reviews to stay informed about advancements in relevant scientific fields. Attend conferences and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills. Safety and Compliance : Adhere to laboratory safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
