Job Description Position : Senior Chemistry Faculty (11th, 12th & Droppers) Organization : Career Point Limited Location : Pan India (Multiple Locations) Experience : Minimum 2 Years Qualification : Preferably from IIT/NIT or equivalent institutions Level : JEE/NEET Roles and Responsibilities : Deliver engaging and comprehensive Chemistry lectures for 11th, 12th, and Dropper students preparing for JEE/NEET. Develop lesson plans, assignments, and study materials aligned with the syllabus and exam requirements. Simplify complex concepts using real-life examples and problem-solving techniques to enhance student understanding. Prepare and conduct mock tests, assignments, and doubt-solving sessions. Analyze student performance and provide constructive feedback to help them improve. Collaborate with the academic team to refine course content and teaching strategies. Mentor and motivate students to achieve their academic goals. Eligibility Criteria : Academic Qualification : Preferably a graduate or postgraduate from IIT/NIT or equivalent reputed institutions. Experience : Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience at JEE/NEET level. Language Proficiency : Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills. Skills : Strong subject knowledge, problem-solving expertise, and the ability to simplify Chemistry concepts. Selection Process : Online Written Test to assess subject expertise.
