Role : Chief Business Officer / Business Head - Digital Lending ( B2C) - Fintech / NBFC Location : Gurgaon Job Overview : To Build and Operate Pan India for Fintech / NBFC Business in Digital Lending ( B2C) Job Role: Building the Business: - Setting up and scaling the NBFC for Digital Lending ( B2C). - NBFC license acquisition including application for license, acquisition as required - Develop and Execute a comprehensive Pan India BD and GTM strategy (offline and online) to achieve revenue and customer acquisition targets while achieving target credit / risk, collections and profitability metrics - Build Processes, Standard Operating Procedures Systems - Build Product and tech back-end for Retail Lending. - Build credit and risk management processes to enable above business. Team Leadership: - Recruit, train, and manage a team of professionals under your supervision as per Business requirements - Provide leadership and guidance to your team, setting clear targets and performance expectations. - Foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations, compliance, and risk management. Work Experience / Educational Qualification / Skills : - MBA ( with 15-20 years of experience) with proven experience in Digital Lending ( B2C) in Financial Services, or a related industry, with at least 5+ years of experience in team leadership role - First hand experience in an early stage NBFC - Experience in overall P&L delivery including strategic planning, implementation of strategies to increase sales and the bottom-line profit - Demonstrated success in building high performing business teams - Entrepreneurial Mindset with product-first thinking and openness to get into details and drive outcomes directly
