Role Description • Experience: Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in Sales, Distribution, andBusiness Development, preferably in the B2B travel or hospitality industry, with a strongpreference for candidates who have experience in airline distribution or Air productdevelopment.• Education: MBA in Business Management from a reputed institute (IIMs, ISB, SPJIMR,MDI, XLRI, etc. preferred).• Leadership: Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities with a trackrecord of leading mid to large-sized teams.• Commercial Acumen: Sharp analytical skills with a deep understanding of pricing,distribution, and go-to-market strategies.• Communication: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
