Operational Excellence & Efficiency : Drive operational performance across all functions including production, supply chain, and quality control. Lead the company towards world-class manufacturing standards, optimizing processes to maximize productivity, reduce costs, and improve product quality. Leadership & Team Building : Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing leadership team. Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration. Ensure leadership succession and talent development across all departments. Stakeholder & Client Relations : Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies. Be the face of the company in high-level negotiations and industry forums. Represent the company’s interests with external partners and regulators. Business Development & Market Expansion : Identify strategic growth opportunities such as mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships. Key Requirements: Experience : 25-30 years of experience in senior leadership roles in the automotive and contract manufacturing industries. Proven track record of leading companies through significant growth, operational transformation, and strategic market expansions. Leadership & Vision : Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire, manage, and develop cross-functional teams. Proven experience in leading organizations through complex change and challenges. Industry Expertise : Deep understanding of automotive manufacturing technologies, supply chain management, contract manufacturing processes, and industry trends. Strong knowledge of global markets and industry regulations. Financial & Business Acumen : Strong financial management capabilities, including budgeting, financial analysis, P&L management, and cost optimization strategies.
