As we prepare for our next phase of growth, we are seeking a visionary and result-oriented CEO to lead our company with strategic insight and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Lead the strategic direction, growth, and profitability of the organization across all business verticals.Drive business expansion, client acquisition, and relationship management across India.Ensure regulatory and statutory compliance, particularly related to labour laws, staffing, and payroll.Build and nurture high-performance leadership teams across departments.Monitor industry trends, competitor analysis, and operational risks to maintain competitive advantage.Represent the company at industry events, government liaisons, and key stakeholder meetings.Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and cost optimization strategies.Enhance operational efficiency through process optimization and technology implementation. Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree (minimum); MBA or equivalent preferred.Strong knowledge of staffing services, security management, or facility operations.Solid understanding of labour laws, compliance frameworks, and payroll management.Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills. Experience:Minimum 15+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.Proven track record in the staffing, manpower outsourcing, security services, or facility management industry is highly preferred.Proven track record of managing P&L, leading teams, and scaling operations.Experience in scaling operations and managing large teams across multiple regions.Exposure to statutory compliance, payroll management, and labour law administration.
