While the business is rooted in catering and hotels , the preference is for professionals from the QSR sector —who can bring a fast-paced, scalable, process-driven mindset . 🔹 Role Overview: As CEO, you will report directly to the Board and take full ownership of the company’s strategic direction, operational performance, and financial growth . The role requires a hands-on leader with strong commercial acumen, deep operational experience, and the ability to scale diverse hospitality verticals under a unified vision. 🏗️ Key Responsibilities: 📈 Business Strategy & Growth: Define and implement short-term and long-term business strategies. Expand footprint through new hotel projects, catering contracts, and brand collaborations . Lead the company through a phase of digital transformation and market diversification . 🏨 Operational Leadership: Manage end-to-end operations across catering services, hotel units, banquets, and events . Streamline SOPs and introduce process efficiencies inspired by QSR best practices . Strengthen back-end functions including supply chain, procurement, and quality control . 📊 P&L & Financial Management: Full ownership of the P&L, budgeting, and cost optimization initiatives. Lead pricing strategies, vendor negotiations, and revenue management. 🤝 Team & Culture Building: Build and mentor senior leadership across operations, sales, HR, and finance. Foster a culture of accountability, performance excellence, and customer-centricity. 🔍 Ideal Candidate Profile: Experience: 15+ years in the hospitality or food service industry , ideally in QSR, catering, or hotel management . Proven Success: Track record of driving multi-location growth, digital adoption, and profitability improvements . Leadership: Previous experience as CEO/COO/Business Head in a structured, growth-oriented organization. Mindset: Agile, entrepreneurial, data-driven, and customer-obsessed.
