Location: Pune/Mumbai Experience: 10–15+ years in senior leadership roles Industry: Engineering / Manufacturing / Power Tools / Industrial Equipment / EV Age Bracket: 40–50 years Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical field + MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred About our Client Our client is a well-established Indian manufacturing company with a legacy of over 4 decades and a strong national presence. About the Role We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented CEO to lead the company into its next phase of growth and innovation. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned leader with a technical foundation and a proven record of driving strategic marketing, business development, and operational excellence. You’ll be leading a well-structured organization with a middle management team that averages over 20 years of experience—providing a stable foundation to build upon. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute the company’s long-term vision and growth strategy across all three verticals. Expand market share through effective go-to-market and branding strategies. Drive innovation in products, processes, and digital transformation. Strengthen systems, governance, and operational agility. Build and mentor high-performing cross-functional teams. Manage P&L, budgeting, and business planning with financial discipline. Represent the organization with key external stakeholders including the Board, clients, and government bodies. Ideal Candidate Profile 10–15+ years in senior marketing or leadership roles in the engineering/manufacturing sector. Proven track record of achieving revenue growth, market expansion, and profitability. Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities. Experience leading large teams and working with Boards or governing bodies. Deep understanding of B2B/B2G marketing, digital channels, and market analytics. Sound financial acumen with experience in P&L and budget management. Demonstrates robust common sense, strong ethics, and people-first leadership.
