Experience of working in a manufacturing set up and Joint Venture is must. Position Summary: The CEO will be responsible for overseeing production, purchasing, warehouse management, service teams, and overall business operations. The role will initially focus on optimising production before expanding into sales team development. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, proven leadership skills, and experience in international manufacturing environments. Role & responsibilities Regular, day-to-day activities: Lead and manage overall business operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity across all functions Oversee production processes to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency Manage purchasing, inventory, and warehouse operations effectively Supervise service teams, technicians, and back-office support staff Develop a structured and efficient work environment with a strong focus on planning and process optimisation Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations Representing the company to stakeholders, clients, and industry partners In addition to regular day-to-day activities, the CEO will also be responsible, as and when required, to Development of a sales team after the first year of employment tenure Collaborate with our clients headquarters for technical know-how and develop an R&D team Qualifications: A demonstrable, deep understanding of both Western and Indian working culture and styles. Bachelors or masters degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Business Administration, or a related field Strong foundation in technical expertise 15+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in production and operations at well-known international manufacturing companies Strong leadership and managerial skills with experience in handling production teams Excellent planning, organisational, and problem-solving abilities Prior experience in working with joint ventures or international collaborations is a plus Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders Willingness to be based full-time in Mysuru/Mysore, with flexibility to travel if required
