Job Description

Job Title: Chief Financial Officer / Financial Controller Location: Delhi (GK-2) Reporting to: Director Industry: Manufacturing (Havey Manufacturing Industry) Experience: 15+years in finance with exposure to core and strategic functions Education: - CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent Key Responsibilities: 1. Financial Accounting Maintain accurate books of accounts and ledgers Prepare financial statements in compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) Ensure timely month-end/year-end closing and reconciliations Coordinate with auditors and support audit processes 2. Management Accounting & Analysis Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis Monitor financial KPIs and business performance Provide cost analysis, profitability insights, and support decision-making Develop management reports and dashboards 3. Working Capital Management Monitor and optimize receivables, payables, and inventory Improve cash conversion cycle and liquidity position Forecast short-term cash needs and manage day-to-day cash flow 4. Merger & Acquisition (M&A) Assist in identifying and evaluating potential M&A opportunities Support due diligence, valuation, and deal structuring Coordinate with legal, financial, and tax advisors Contribute to integration planning and execution 5. Statutory Compliance (Direct & Indirect Tax) Ensure timely filing of returns (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.) Comply with all tax laws and regulations Manage tax audits, assessments, and documentation Liaise with tax consultants and government authorities 6. Banking Manage corporate bank accounts and transactions Monitor cash position and ensure timely payments/receipts Maintain banking relationships and support treasury operations Oversee loan facilities and compliance with banking covenants Letter of Credit Management Qualifications: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent 15 years of experience in financial and strategic roles Strong command of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial analysis Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Business Central, Tally) Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,832,160.69 per year Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Financial accounting: 10 years (Preferred) Statutory Compliance (Direct & Indirect Tax): 10 years (Preferred) Working Capital Management: 10 years (Preferred) Merger & Acquisition : 5 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
