Key Responsibilities: The incumbent will be responsible for planning, directing and monitoring all revenue and expenses for the Company. Responsible for ensuring that all financial processes and reports adhere to the company policies and the regulatory requirements. The following are the key tenets of the role: Plan, manage, implement proper Financial Discipline in the organization. Ensure comprehensive financial systems and procedures are established and maintained to provide appropriate levels of security and control over the resources and operations. Manage Investor relations, funding and represent the organization to all investors & stakeholders. Be able to actively participate in and have an understanding on IPO. Plan, manage fund raising activities, investors, PE / VC, QIP's and financial Institutions Plan, manage borrowing, renewals and other Bank related activities as required. Plan, prepare budgets and forecasts. Ensure liaising with all departments and subsidiaries to gather the necessary budget input and ensure the budgets are updated as per plan. Plan, prepare financial projections in support of the overall Business Plan. Ensure reconciliation of financial position in terms of cost, income, profit and loss accounts and balance sheet. Manage regular monthly reconciliations of Project Costing and profitability against Budgets and Forecasts. Review, monitor expenditure process proactively. Suggest procedural changes necessary to ensure that errors are logged and corrected. Ensure that periodic regulatory project audits are prepared accurately and submitted to applicable authorities. Good understanding of the GST laws and statutory procedures. Plan, manage and review interim and annual financial statements. Manage and coordinate with relevant teams for publishing the Company's annual report. Manage external and internal auditors. Maintain and control the accounting records of the Company's subsidiaries. Review monthly MIS reports on key performance indicators, review various MIS reports including daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by the management team. Agree performance objectives for all team members and assist the HR Department to undertake performance appraisal and Training Need Analysis (TNA) for each employee in the department. Undertake such other tasks and responsibilities as may be assigned by the CMD and the Board of Directors from time to time. Very Good understanding of global accounting procedures. Educational Qualifications: Post-Graduation Degree in Financial Accounting or related subject Professional certifications such as CPA / CIMA / ACA / ACCA preferred. Experience Over 5 years of experience in a CFO position focusing on managing the financial and accounting activities, with 15+ years total post-qualification experience. Global exposure and investor relations are good to have. Must be a Qualified CA, having experience in Investor relationship, foreign funding, IPO, M&A are a definite plus.
