The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) will be a strategic business partner, responsible for shaping the HR function to support the companys high-growth trajectory. The role involves building a strong employer brand, driving cultural transformation, and enabling workforce agility to ensure business scalability. Key Responsibilities Strategic HR Leadership Develop and execute an HR strategy that aligns with the companys aggressive growth and brand aspirations. Partner with leadership to build an organization recognized as a top employer in the industry. Establish an HR roadmap that supports business expansion, innovation, and workforce agility. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Design and implement cutting-edge talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top industry talent. Strengthen employer branding by leveraging digital platforms, employee advocacy, and industry partnerships. Drive workforce planning to ensure a future-ready talent pipeline aligned with business needs. Organizational Development & Culture Building Foster a high-performance culture focused on innovation, accountability, and collaboration. Lead cultural transformation initiatives to align employees with the companys long-term vision. Enhance employee engagement through progressive policies, well-being initiatives, and leadership connect programs. Performance Management & Leadership Development Institutionalize a Performance Management System (PMS) that promotes meritocracy, agility, and continuous improvement. Develop and execute leadership and managerial capability-building programs to create future-ready leaders. Design structured career progression frameworks to nurture and retain high-potential talent. Compensation, Benefits & Employee Value Proposition (EVP) Develop competitive compensation and benefits structures aligned with market best practices. Benchmark industry trends to ensure internal equity and attract high-caliber professionals. Strengthen the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to reinforce the company’s position as a top employer. HR Operations & Compliance Ensure HR processes, policies, and systems are agile, efficient, and scalable to meet business needs. Oversee labor law compliance and adherence to industry regulations and ethical HR practices. Leverage HR technology, AI-driven analytics, and automation to enhance decision-making and efficiency. Employee Relations & Workplace Management Build a progressive employee relations framework to enhance workplace harmony and engagement. Oversee industrial relations, ensuring proactive conflict resolution and a positive work environment. Implement best practices for managing both blue-collar and white-collar workforce in a high-growth environment. Required: Experience: 15+ years in HR leadership roles, preferably in manufacturing environments with exposure to high-growth businesses. Industry Knowledge: Strong background in fast-scaling manufacturing organizations. Experience in air-moving products or allied industries is a plus. Strategic HR Leadership: Proven ability to align HR strategies with business growth and employer branding. Change Management Expertise: Experience in driving cultural and organizational transformations at scale. HR Technology & People Analytics: Strong understanding of HRMS, digital HR solutions, and AI-driven analytics. Talent Strategy & Leadership Development: Ability to build leadership pipelines and develop managerial capability- building programs.
