Responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of marketing strategies for the Company Brand positioning, Product classification, Customer segmentation, and Pricing strategies Develop and implement processes to capture market information and change customer preferences Initiate market research studies to understand consumer behavior and determine customer personas Analyse and highlight key trends of the industry and their impact on the growth strategy of the Company Coordinate at the strategic and tactical levels within and outside the company to drive this growth strategy Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share Design and develop Brand campaigns to target the identified customer segment Ensure timely, effective implementation of marketing initiatives for launching new products Drive digital marketing to promote the e-commerce platform Coordination with the Sales Team to achieve the targeted numbers. Responsible for Market Intelligence Business Plan Development Trade Scheme Structure Drive Sales Performance as per the Business Plan.
