About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief of Operations to lead the operational execution of our construction and infrastructure project portfolio. This role requires deep expertise in construction project management, strong leadership, and the ability to drive tech-enabled operational efficiencies across multiple project sites. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to scale our operations while maintaining excellence in project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Streamlining operations across projects. Turning scattered site chaos into smooth systems. Scaling processes that can grow as fast as we do. Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the company to ensure efficiency, quality, and growth. Implement standardized processes and leverage technology to improve efficiency, project tracking , and decision-making across all operational functions. Optimize internal processes to improve productivity, reduce costs, and support scalability. Collaborate closely with the CEO, engineering, procurement, and business development teams to align operations with strategic growth initiatives. Identify and implement technology and systems that enhance operational efficiency. Build and oversee high-performing teams, ensuring strong collaboration and alignment with business objectives. Qualification and Experience: 15 years of experience in construction or infra project management. A knack of operations and a love for efficiency. Interest in how technology can solve real-world infrastructure challenges. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.  What you will get?
