We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead operations, product strategy, and commercial growth. This is a high impact leadership opportunity which has a brand new opening for spearheading & managing innovative business model which has a very high potential to make a mark in the niche B2B market place. Strategic Responsibilities: • Develop and execute the strategic & smart execution vision for the Evoflex business vertical. • Identify new market opportunities, product expansion areas, and partnerships to accelerate growth. • Represent the Evoflex vertical in board meetings, investor presentations, and industry events. • Champion innovation, Operational Excellence and drive digital transformation in operations and Delivery management and customer engagement. • Align product and market strategy with emerging trends in electronics and cleantech. Functional Responsibilities: • Lead and streamline end-to-end operations, ensuring efficiency in manufacturing, supply chain, and quality with overall administrative responsibilities • Drive product/Service management life cycles, from conceptualization to delivery, aligning with market needs and technological trends. • Oversee sales and marketing strategies, customer relationships, and go-to-market plans for Evoflex products. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of operations with business objectives. • Build and mentor high-performing teams across functions to drive performance and accountability. • Optimize manufacturing processes and resource allocation for improved output and cost efficiency. • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and sustainability goals. • Define and track KPIs for operations, product development, and sales performance and will own P & L of the unit • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, data-driven decision-making, and customer centricity. • Liaise with R&D and engineering teams for continuous product enhancement and innovation. • Envisage and refine long term business roadmap and participate for driving capex cycle. • Advocacy & representation in associations, government schemes and various events as needed Qualification: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field (Masters preferred). • 18+ years of progressive experience in operations, product management, and commercial roles. • Proven experience in electronics manufacturing in a product company and a EMS manufacturing services is a must. • Strong understanding of supply chain, manufacturing processes, and go-to-market strategies. • Leadership experience at a senior management or CXO level. Brownie Points: • Experience in scaling up product-based businesses in the electronic hardware company . • Exposure to international markets and export strategies or have established relationships with Global contacts who are outsourcing from Indian companies for their electronic manufacturing • Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing certifications. • Familiarity with ERP and data analytics tools in operations.
