Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Chief Technology Officer based in Durgapur, with some work from home flexibility. The Chief Technology Officer will oversee the development and implementation of technology strategies, lead software and product development projects, and manage IT architecture. The role includes directing project management initiatives, ensuring the company's technology strategy serves its business strategy, and fostering innovation within the tech team. Salary:- 6% of Company profit. Qualifications Proficiency in Software Development and Product Development Strong skills in Project Management and IT Strategy Experience in Architecture and developing scalable tech solutions Excellent leadership and team management abilities Ability to work in a hybrid environment with flexibility Experience in the aerospace industry is a plus Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Rocket Technology, Project in Space Technology.
