Recruitment & Onboarding:Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, and interviews.Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires.Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.2. Employee Relations & Engagement:Address employee grievances and resolve workplace conflicts.Organize employee engagement activities and wellness programs.Foster a positive work culture and maintain workplace harmony.3. Attendance & Leave Management:Track and maintain employee attendance records.Manage leave requests and ensure compliance with leave policies.Generate attendance reports and handle discrepancies.4. Payroll & Benefits Administration:Assist in processing monthly payroll, including salary calculations and deductions.Handle Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), and gratuity-related tasks.Ensure timely disbursement of salaries and statutory benefits.5. Compliance & Policies:Ensure adherence to labor laws, HR policies, and company guidelines.Maintain records for Shops & Establishments (S&E), Labor Welfare Fund (LWF), and other statutory compliance.Assist in audits and inspections related to HR functions.6. Performance Management:Support the appraisal and performance review process.Help in identifying training and development needs.Assist managers in setting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for employees.7. Exit & Full & Final Settlement:Manage employee resignations, notice periods, and exit interviews.Handle clearance formalities and final settlements.Maintain records of departing employees and ensure a smooth transition.
