The role focuses on execution of Premium High-Rise Residential Construction ProjectsWe are looking for RCC Contractor Engineer with experience in residential construction, and having strong RCC Execution skills. Role & responsibilities - Shuttering, steel reinforcement checking as per Drawing, Checklists and managing construction projects from start to finish.Reporting project updates, milestones and potential risks to the project manager .Planning slab cycle and allocating resources, materials and equipment to optimise project efficiency, minimise project delaysReconciliation of concrete, steel materials.Providing technical guidance and expertise to resolve construction-related challenges.Oversee and manage construction activities at the site, ensuring adherence to project specifications, codes and safety regulations.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues and ensure compliance with engineering and design requirements.Collaborate closely with project managers and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion.Maintain accurate project documentation and Quality measures.Preferred candidate profile - person we are looking (qualification Should be Diploma, BE CIVIL) and they should be in construction industry experience should be from8yrs to 15 yrs.
