Role & responsibilities Prepare Authentic Chinese Cuisine Cook traditional dishes like stir-fries, noodles, and soups. Maintain Food Quality & Consistency Follow recipes and plating standards. Prepare & Manage Ingredients Handle fresh produce, meats, and Chinese sauces efficiently. Ensure Kitchen Hygiene & Safety – Follow food safety standards and keep workstations clean. Monitor Inventory & Stock Levels – Order and store ingredients properly. Develop & Innovate Recipes – Create new dishes while maintaining authenticity. Handle High-Pressure Service – Work efficiently in fast-paced restaurant environments. Requirements: Fast-paced kitchen, preferably comfortable with fast food or quick-service environment Excellent time-management and good with tight deadlines Well versed with Food safety and kitchen hygiene practices Creative with Fast food items preparation and presentation Preferred: Ability to understand efficient kitchen workflows and processes
