Job Responsibilities:1. Achieving sales budget2. Interact with the customers 3. Develop and maintain broker network and encourage them to do business with us by conducting regular activities and trade relationship with them4. Liasoning and coordinate with banks / financial institutions to facilitate home loans for the customers7. Prepare checklist prior of conducting any BTL activity 8. Process brokerage bills9. Maintain and update of stock availability sheet10. Prepare sales MIS 11. Prepare analysis report on response of sales activity12. Insure sales processes are followed as lay down by corporate office and corporate governance13. Managing sales team at the site14.
